Yes. Commitment is a two-way street: A traditional broker may have upwards of 80 businesses for sale at a time knowing they’ll only close a small percentage. Our M&A Advisors give each business the individualized support they need to get a deal closed, and they don’t take on a new deal until they do.

Your business valuation and 1:1 meeting with a Business Account Manager to review results are on the house (it’s part of our mission). Our Standard contract is up to 6 months , 6% commission and a $1,000 monthly fee credited back to you at closing. Ex: Your business sells for $1 million in 3 months. You’d owe $60K on the sale. Minus the $3,000 already paid, you’d owe just $57,000 at closing.

Our current average time to close is 5.5 months with a 68% close rate. If we don’t close after 6 months you can continue on a month-to-month at no extra cost. We collect $0 from the monthly fee you pay, therefore it’s not refundable.

No problem! We can put a clause in the contract that if your buyer submits an LOI within 60 days, we’ll lower our commission to 3% from 6%. To date, no sellers have never brought us a buyer that closed. But we have leveraged owner-fed buyer leads against our own, increasing the final offer amount.
